Adrien currently uses Midjourney and he’s interested in learning Stable Diffusion. He’d love to develop skills in Adobe Photoshop, and he wants to learn Adobe Illustrator.

“I’ve developed my love for flowers and the fantastic,” he says. “As a kid, and going on into my current adulthood, I have always had a love for space, and flowers. Being able to conjure both subjects into one piece was the most satisfying thing I could do.”

Emotionally Complex Being on an Emotionally Complex Journey

“Generative art has had a positive impact on my life, creatively and emotionally,” he says. “The last four months have been super difficult. I’ve made some personal mistakes with heavy consequences.”

“I started using generative art back in early August. It was interesting, but I had other priorities at the time, so I just put it on the back burner. Fast forward to November, I’m about a month removed from my biggest life-shaker event. I needed to find a new avenue to redirect my negative emotions.”

Creative Triumph in a Community of Love

We love Adrien’s candid vulnerability and expressive nature.

“Generative art has been such a life changer—it stimulates my creative side and helps my brain in a positive way,” Adrien adds. “It’s also shown me an incredible community of like-minded and positive people.”

Expression is the Name of the Game

Like many other generative artists and content creators we’ve spoken with, Adrien’s long-term plan is, “to continue to express myself, and just see where that takes me.”

“I’d ask people to be open-minded about generative art and AI tools,” he says. “My work is a visual representation of myself.”

“I’ve always had an affinity for the arts. I’ve been a musician for over 10 years, but music wasn’t bringing me the satisfaction it once did, so I instead turned to Midjourney. The rest is history.”

So great reading about Adrien and seeing some of his art. Very talented! Your poll isn't fair, though. I can't choose (though I picked space). 😆
